For over fifteen years, Larry has been offering individual and group therapy in the Ottawa area. Larry's clinical background includes addictions, brief therapy, cognitive interventions around depression/anxiety, meditation techniques, anger management, partner abuse family therapy and trauma.  A particular area of interest is blending mindfulness techniques with cognitive therapy.

As social worker with the district school board, one of Larry's duties focuses around youth addictions. He has provided training and consulting to school board administration and staff. Larry is a community representative on the advisory committee for the Addiction Assessment Services of Ottawa-Carleton. One of Larry's specialties is group work for both children and men on issues such as social skills, anger management, childhood trauma and male domestic abuse.
