Contract Counsellor

Sonia completed her Master of Arts degree in counselling at Saint-Paul University in 2003. She has been an addictions and mental health psychotherapist since 2004. She has worked with individuals, groups and, on occasion, couples and families, on issues including substance use and abuse, mental health, homelessness, and trauma. She has also facilitated workshops in relapse prevention.

Sonia presently co-facilitates the Men and Healing Group – Phase I.
